Work Environment

The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate client appointments and emergencies. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to accurately evaluate patients' histories and treatment needs.
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma recovery and fostering resilience.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate patient healing.
  • Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a nurturing space for patients to process their trauma experiences.
  • Engage in collaborative practice by working closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating composure and expertise.
