Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner – Remote

Full-Time | 100% Remote | Clinical Leadership | No Travel

$120K to $170K Depending on experience


We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to join a well-established healthcare organization as a Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys clinical leadership, mentoring providers, and improving patient outcomes while remaining connected to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and other clinical team members
  • Support consistent, high-quality patient care and clinical standards

  • Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Texas Nurse Practitioner/APRN license
  • Additional licensure in one or more of the following states is preferred: Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado.
  • Preferred provider types include Adult Nurse Practitioners (ANP), Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP), and Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS).
  • Board Certification as an NP
  • Experience working with Veterans, Medicare, geriatrics, or medically complex patients strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a clinical team
  • 2+ years of remote work experience
