  • Design, develop, andoperatedistributed, scalable, secure full-stack cloud services, delivering reliable systems at petabyte scale.
  • Build accessible user interfaces as well as backend services and data pipelines to deliver customerimpact.
  • Collaborate daily with a diverse group of teammates and product partners to solve problems, achieveteamgoals, and build AI-powered legal data solutionsthatoperateatmassivescale.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.
  • Influence reliability, security, and performance practices through example and feedback
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to your team, leaddesignand code reviews,raisingengineering quality and maintainability.
  • Drive service ownership by leading reliability efforts,participatingin on-call rotations, and guiding incident response, resolution, and rootcause analysis.

WhatWe'reLooking For

Required

  • 5+years of experience designing,buildingandoperatingcloud-native systems.
  • Strongunderstandingof cloud-native development and distributed architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex solutions end to end, improving quality through thoughtful design discussions and thorough code reviews
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
  • Experience guiding and mentoring other engineers.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong background in AI agentic coding, or an eagerness to learn!

Preferred

  • Experience building full-stack systems at scale.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability trade-offs.
  • Experience in high-scale or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with AI-development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$126,000 and $190,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
