7+ years of experience in full stack development.
2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
Expert-level proficiency in React (including hooks, context, and state management) and Node.js.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

We are seeking an experienced React and Node.js Full Stack Engineer Team Lead to lead a highperforming development team. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, driving the delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers working primarily with React and Node.js.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance engineering culture.
