What is a remote no experience full stack software developer?

A Remote No Experience Full Stack Software Developer is someone who works from any location (typically from home) and contributes to both the front-end and back-end development of software applications, even if they do not have prior professional experience in the field. These roles are often entry-level and may require strong foundational knowledge of programming languages, web development frameworks, and databases. Many companies offer training or mentorship for beginners, making it possible for newcomers to start a career in software development remotely.

Job description

No degree. No industry background. No problem.
We're not looking for people who already know how to sell insurance - we're looking for people who can talk to strangers, follow a system, and show up consistently. Everything else, we teach from the ground up.
Who We Are
Meron Financial Agency helps families across the country find life insurance coverage that actually fits their situation. We work through a national network of 60+ carrier partners, which means our agents aren't stuck pushing one product - they're matching real people to the right plan. We're expanding our remote team and building it around people who are new to the industry but serious about the work.
A Day in the Life
Your day starts by logging into our system and pulling up a queue of leads - people who've already filled out a form or called in asking about life insurance. You're not chasing anyone down. You call or Zoom with them, walk through their situation (family size, budget, existing coverage if any), and help them choose a policy that makes sense. Some days that's five conversations, some days it's fifteen - the leads keep coming, your job is showing up and working them well.
In between calls, you'll spend time in our training portal sharpening your product knowledge, and you'll have a mentor you can message when a conversation gets tricky. Nobody's thrown in cold.
Training & Support
New agents go through a structured onboarding covering product basics, objection handling, and how to actually run a client conversation start to finish. After that, you're paired with a mentor for your first several weeks of live calls. This isn't a "here's a PDF, good luck" operation - we've built this specifically for people without prior insurance experience.
What You'll Earn
This is 100% commission with no ceiling. Here's what that actually looks like in practice: most agents close in the $800-$1,200 range per policy. If you're closing two policies a week, that's roughly $1,600-$2,400 weekly, or somewhere north of $80,000 annualized at a full-time pace. Part-time agents working fewer hours per week typically land $50,000+ in their first year. Full-time agents range from $80,000 up to $300,000+, depending on volume and consistency. Pay is issued daily/weekly, and there are additional performance-based incentives on top of commission.
What We're Looking For
  • Someone coachable - willing to take feedback and actually apply it
  • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
  • Consistent - shows up and works the queue even on slow days
  • Wants a career with real upside, not just a paycheck

Requirements
  • Must live in the U.S. (Milwaukee area a plus, but not required for this remote role)
  • U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one - we'll walk you through the process if you're not licensed yet

Apply Now
We're onboarding a limited number of new agents this cycle. If you're ready to trade a capped paycheck for one that reflects your actual effort, apply today and we'll reach out within 48 hours.
