Position: Music Production Expert - Urdu
Type: Contract
Compensation: $14–$42/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Up to 6 months
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, and production quality.
  • Compare songs on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and mix quality.
  • Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals.
  • Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet flexible deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions in English.
  • 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
  • Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

  • Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
  • Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
