Carriage Wellness and Therapeutic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. Our outpatient facility ensures that you have a structured yet supportive setting to deliver therapy without the need for late-night or weekend obligations. You will have access to cutting-edge resources and modern technologies that facilitate remote therapeutic services.

• Deliver mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to address emotional and behavioral disorders in clients.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to inform individualized treatment plans and initial discharge plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting methods to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Provide detailed documentation of therapy services in compliance with facility standards, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Maintain an active caseload, managing schedules, and ensuring timely treatment for each client.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, collaborating with other professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Uphold a patient-centered approach by addressing any grievances and ensuring that patient safety is a primary focus.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the facility and patient needs.

You will work with a diverse client base, covering various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our focus is on creating meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster trust and encourage clients to achieve their personal goals. Your guidance will help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, leading to improved life quality.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must possess or be eligible for state licensure as a professional therapist, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling is necessary.

Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous as our clinic prioritizes the use of technology to enhance client communication and documentation processes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
