Calibrated Diagnostic and Behavioral Services is seeking a passionate and skilled Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. In this full-time role, you will primarily conduct individual therapy sessions through a user-friendly telehealth platform, providing accessible mental health support to clients from the comfort of their homes.

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions remotely with clients, utilizing our telehealth platform to ensure effective communication and engagement.

  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care delivery.
  • Collaborate with a network of multidisciplinary mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care, including referrals as required for holistic client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, who present a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers clients to pursue their mental health goals successfully.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in providing individual therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote sessions, including telehealth platforms and electronic record-keeping.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
