• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and devise effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with all ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs when necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health disorders, relationship challenges, and life stressors. Whether working with young adults, families in crisis, or individuals seeking personal growth, your role will be instrumental in facilitating recovery journeys that emphasize empowerment and resilience.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Previous work experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
