Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring that sessions are engaging and supportive of client needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans by evaluating clients' mental health, history, and strengths, adapting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain precise and confidential patient records utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and modify treatment plans to address changing needs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
