Build Professional Sales Skills From Home

Not every sales career starts with previous sales experience. For the right candidate, strong communication, consistency, and a willingness to learn can be just as valuable.

AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and is seeking Entry-Level Client Sales Representatives to work directly with individuals who have requested information about insurance and supplemental benefit products.

This opportunity is designed for candidates who enjoy working with people, can communicate information clearly, and want to develop practical sales and client-service experience in a structured environment.

No previous insurance or sales background is required. New representatives receive training, coaching, and guidance on the products, client conversations, and sales process.

What the Role Involves

The representative will:

  • Conduct scheduled conversations with individuals who have requested information
  • Ask questions to understand the client's situation and priorities
  • Explain available insurance and supplemental benefit options
  • Walk clients through relevant information and answer questions
  • Assist with the next steps when a client decides to move forward
  • Keep accurate records of client activity and follow-up
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls
  • Develop stronger presentation, communication, and sales skills through ongoing practice
