Work EnvironmentOur work setting is primarily outpatient, allowing for a remote work arrangement that provides the flexibility to manage your own schedule while remaining committed to your clients. Collaboration among team members is crucial, and virtual communication tools facilitate ongoing support and professional development among staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of the clients.
- Thoroughly assess clients' needs using both standardized assessments and client interviews to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
- Utilize an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Remain actively engaged with fellow team members through regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field is essential.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is required.

- A commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and a drive for excellence in therapy.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations and presenting a range of psychological issues is advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using therapeutic tools and software for documentation and client management will be considered a plus.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
