Brightest Healing Psychotherapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dedicated team. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of the clients.
  • Thoroughly assess clients' needs using both standardized assessments and client interviews to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Remain actively engaged with fellow team members through regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on treatment approaches to ensure comprehensive client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
