  • Remotely *for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry in New York City, NY. If this sounds like the right fit for you, read on and apply!

  • Position is Temp-to-Hire with opportunity for growth
  • 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
  • Pay rate is competitive at $20.00 per hour

/ Weekly Pay

  • Full benefits package offered upon permanent hire
  • Handling all incoming issues and resolves them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
  • Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer; research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
  • Following up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provides updates to customer as needed.
  • Anticipating, and where appropriate, mitigating any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
  • Assisting hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns
  • This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and e-mail etiquette
  • Have previous customer service experience and comfortable with sitting in front of the computer for majority of your shift
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable training in Salesforce
  • Have basic skills with moderate level of proficiency and can consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
