How does a Remote Next Generation Pastor effectively engage and mentor youth without in-person interaction?

A Remote Next Generation Pastor leverages digital platforms, such as video calls, group chats, and interactive online events, to connect with youth and build meaningful relationships. While the lack of physical presence can be challenging, consistent communication, creative virtual programming, and personalized check-ins help foster trust and community.
