• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' psychological needs and backgrounds, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington, reflecting your commitment to professional standards.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic interventions and client relationship building.
