Summary

  • You will resolve the complete range of problems within the scope of activity operations and refer operational problems requiring highly specialized expertise to the appropriate technical expert.
  • You will provide troubleshooting advice and assistance to customers and lead rapid response teams in response to customer service problems.
  • You will serve on application implementation team to ensure customer service requirements are addressed and review technical and design specifications to address customer requirements.
  • You will conduct trend analyses to identify areas where additional customer training and assistance is needed.
  • You will develop, update and maintain a comprehensive database of technical problems and corresponding resolutions.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Coordinating, executing, implementing and maintaining the installation of customer application systems; (2) Providing advice and assistance to customers and troubleshooting complex systems problems; (3) Reviewing technical and design specifications to develop customer performance requirements; and (4) Integrating a variety of systems development activities and new technologies.
