About this role:
As an Intermountain Health Provider you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.

What you'll bring:
  • Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • OR
  • Current state license as a Physician Assistant
  • Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
  • AND
  • Applicable experience as defined by position leadership
  • AND
  • Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • -2 years working experience as a provider in a clinic setting.
  • -Schedule:
    -3 days during the week, M-F
    -Sunday, 7am - 3 pm, required
