You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in the development of training materials and training modules
  • Evaluate training processes, tools and activities for effectiveness. Monitor and report the effectiveness of training to Center of Excellence Training Manager
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and report audit findings to Center of Excellence Training Manager
  • Research and recommend new training techniques and new training resources to Center of Excellence Training Manager
  • Conduct on and off-site training programs for staff
  • Center of Excellence Training Manager in all duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Accredited Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) OR Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current RN license in state of residency  
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical environment as a Registered Nurse 
  • Training of medically related education and clinical experience
  • Knowledge of effective adult learning principles and writing techniques in order to assist in development of training materials and deliver instructional training programs 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, database experience 
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and their application to various examinations and documents
  • Proven ability to use clinical judgement to interpret test results
  • Proven ability to lead or direct in a classroom environment 
  • Proven excellent critical thinking skills in order to monitor the quality assurance practices of staff
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with a wide variety of personality and learning styles
  • Demonstrated solid organizational and time management skills
  • Equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered


Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Career Readiness Certificate
  • 2 years demonstrated experience in designing/developing and implementing professional training materials and conducting training in a business/academic environment, preferably in a healthcare industry
    • Or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience will be considered
  • Experience with military screenings 
  • Leadership and/or military experience 
  • Knowledge of adult learning concepts
  • Training experience in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of effective training and writing techniques in order to design, develop and deliver instructive training
  • Knowledge of learning styles
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Proven excellent communication skills in order to communicate ideas in a structured and logical manner both verbally and written
  • Proven ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks requiring a wide degree of creativity

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
