The position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible schedule that can accommodate both the therapist’s and clients’ needs. Using state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, you will maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role emphasizes your professional growth in a supportive and inclusive team culture.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, designing tailored strategies to meet their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to explore client histories, symptoms, and goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that address relationship dynamics, trauma-related issues, anxiety, and other psychological challenges.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation to ensure the highest standard of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in collaborative team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and stay updated on best practices in therapy.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic approaches.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing various psychosocial issues, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with life transitions. Clients may present with a spectrum of concerns, from developmental and interpersonal issues to trauma and anxiety. Your expertise will empower them to explore their emotions and develop healthier coping strategies, ultimately guiding them toward improved mental health and relational harmony.

• Active LMFT license in the state of Washington, enabling you to practice legally and ethically within our community.
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, evidencing your academic preparation for this role.
• Strong clinical skills demonstrated through successful engagement with diverse populations across various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
• Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage appointment scheduling, client records, and billing processes.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, providing a foundation for effective therapy practices and interventions.
• Experience working in a community health setting is an advantage, equipping you with insights into public health challenges and resilience strategies.

Aspiria Neuromodulation & Rehab offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
