As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your essential duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments, including psychosocial histories and mental status examinations, to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their mental health concerns.
• Documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress meticulously in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational protocols.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Participating in regular case consultations, peer supervision, and ongoing training to continuously improve clinical skills and stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering an informed and supportive therapeutic relationship.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clinic’s approach emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that care is respectful and reflective of each client’s unique background and identity.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in providing therapy within a remote setting, familiarity with telehealth technology, and proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems. Additionally, a background in working with school-aged children or adolescents will be advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
