Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clinicโ€™s approach emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring that care is respectful and reflective of each clientโ€™s unique background and identity.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
  • Expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in providing therapy within a remote setting, familiarity with telehealth technology, and proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems. Additionally, a background in working with school-aged children or adolescents will be advantageous.
