Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Medical Technologist - Position: Medical Technologist Shift(s) Available: -Nights: Mon - Thurs, 8pm - 6:30am -Evenings: 11:30am - 8pm, and every 3rd weekend The Medical Technologist's responsibilities include: -Performs chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more functions of laboratory sections. -Maintains records of performance as defined in the Laboratory's general and sectional policy and procedure manuals. -Performs all services that are necessary for job performance, which include but are not limited to neurological disorders and stroke, oncologic and cardiac services. Education: -Must have Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist (ASCP) with a Bachelor's Degree. Certification|Experience: -Board of Registry examination (ASCP) -1 year of recent Medical Technologist experience in acute care Required -For recent graduates of a medical technology program, the one (1) year internship will suffice.
