This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct sessions and communicate with clients. Our flexible work setting ensures that counselors can maintain a healthy work-life balance while engaging with clients through secure video conferencing. As part of a collaborative remote team, counselors will have access to regular supervision and peer support, fostering professional development and enhancing therapeutic skills.

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' individual needs and create appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care tailored to each client.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to provide the highest standard of care through continued education and training.

As an LPC at Community Health Network, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and counselors are encouraged to apply culturally competent approaches to foster rapport and trust, ultimately leading to positive therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software to ensure efficient client management.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a team environment, engaging effectively with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.
• A solid understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to $100,000, based on your caseload. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
