Your work will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and foster therapeutic alliances with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and dedication to understanding clients' unique experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing time effectively, and maintaining session documentation accurately in a digital framework.

• Prior experience in telehealth services, utilizing digital tools to facilitate virtual therapy.
• Experience working with varied populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse challenges.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
