• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to create tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.

• Collaborate directly with clients to set and adjust therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and adapting strategies as needed for effective treatment.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches, depending on clients' preferences and identified needs.

You will be primarily servicing a diverse population of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients vary widely in age, background, and experiences, and your ability to connect with each individual is essential for effective therapy. Emphasizing a person-centered approach, you will focus on building rapport and trust to create a safe space for healing and growth.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and effectively address clients' diverse needs in a remote setting.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in mental health therapy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across various client sessions while adhering to documentation requirements.

• Experience working in remote settings and familiarity with virtual therapy tools and practices.
• Experience with specific populations such as veterans, children, or the elderly, enhancing your skill set to address unique therapy needs.
• Active engagement in ongoing professional development through workshops or additional training in specialized therapeutic techniques.
