• Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify each client’s unique mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapy approaches tailored to each client's preferences and circumstances.
• Facilitate meaningful virtual therapy sessions using secure online tools, focusing on building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Guide clients through the therapeutic process by establishing clear goals and providing consistent support and understanding.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of session notes, treatment progress, and client outcomes in a timely manner.

• Must have a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Display empathy, compassion, and an ability to connect with clients’ experiences, promoting trust and openness.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficiency in managing therapy schedules and documentation.

• Experience in delivering virtual therapy services, highlighting proficiency with telehealth platforms and techniques.
• Background in using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based interventions.
• A track record of successfully managing client caseloads while maintaining high-quality care and client satisfaction.
