• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgment.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each client, ensuring that interventions are both relevant and impactful.
• Conduct therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes during sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, including treatment notes, progress reports, and client communications, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

As a mental health therapist at Acra Behavioral Health & Consulting, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health challenges. This may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health disorders. Your role will be critical in providing support to these individuals and helping them navigate their journeys toward improved mental well-being.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual environment.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others are essential to effectively support clients through their mental health journeys.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently while completing necessary documentation in a timely manner.

• Experience in delivering therapy in an outpatient or remote setting.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the latest developments in mental health treatment.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
