• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, identifying clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to effectively address clients' unique challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and guidance as they navigate their mental health journey.
• Engage with clients during their sessions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a safe space for dialogue.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and adherence to treatment plans, using our integrated practice management software.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt your approach to meet the varied needs of clients in the Boston area and beyond will be essential. • A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients remotely, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep sense of empathy and cultural competence to understand clients' experiences and challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance therapy sessions and documentation within this virtual framework.

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with integrated practice management software to enhance administrative efficiency.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings, specifically addressing the needs of diverse populations.
• Willingness to engage in continuing education to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.
