• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients throughout various stages of life.
• Conduct in-depth assessments using telehealth tools to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances and objectives.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Our client focus encompasses a broad demographic, providing support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. You will work with clients suffering from a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in empowering these clients on their journey toward recovery and personal growth, ensuring that their voices are heard and their needs are met.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Possession of a full and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• We do not accept candidates with limited or provisional licenses, nor those with any disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatment strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care are essential.
• Proficiency in technology and digital communication, as this will aid in remote counseling and documentation processes.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarity with virtual counseling practices is highly preferred.
• A strong background in delivering evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities will be an advantage.
• Prior experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a health setting will enhance your application.
