• Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field: Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Demonstrable proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain a strong therapeutic relationship remotely.
• A deep sense of empathy and understanding towards clients' unique experiences and mental health challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage documentation and client schedules.

• Previous experience in a remote setting, demonstrating adaptability to virtual care methodologies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.
• Previous work with diverse populations enhancing cultural competence in therapeutic interventions.
