As a virtual practitioner, you will maintain an active presence within our team through regular consultations, team meetings, and collaborative care planning. We employ advanced telehealth platforms, enabling you to provide therapy and conduct assessments from the comfort of your home while maintaining direct access to our supportive network of colleagues and resources.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Delamere Mental Health, you will:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that promote therapeutic success and personal growth.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on individual needs and clinical outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on effective coping strategies, self-care methodologies, and available community mental health resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with Maryland state regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

• Actively participate in case consultations and supervision sessions, contributing to team knowledge and collaborative treatment planning.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health and emotional challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and stress management concerns. To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• An active and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Maryland.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines, and Maryland mental health laws.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and critical thinking abilities, with a keen focus on problem-solving and clinical effectiveness.

While a minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred, candidates with varied experiences are encouraged to apply. Additional training or certifications in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT or DBT, will be viewed favorably as they can enhance your ability to serve our clients effectively.

Delamere Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
