Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' individual needs and create appropriate treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care tailored to each client.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health to provide the highest standard of care through continued education and training.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Community Health Network, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
