As an LMFT at Mind Restoration Psychotherapy Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying unique challenges and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices that promote personal and relational growth.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic, achievable therapeutic goals while continuously monitoring and documenting progress.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to maintain connectivity with clients and ensure the continuity of care in a remote setting.
• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest in the field of marriage and family therapy.

The therapist will work with a diverse client base, primarily focusing on adults and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, qualifying for a full license to practice in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapy techniques.
• Full licensure (LMFT) and credentialing in the state of Maryland with a strong commitment to ethical practice and patient care.
• Experience working with both adult and child/adolescent populations is preferred.
