• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive space for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to guide and tailor approaches based on each client’s unique needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the specific mental health needs of each client, promoting their personal growth and recovery.
• Facilitate sessions that encourage clients to gain insight into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote continual growth and effective coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a range of mental health concerns including stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, and depression. Our goal is to provide clients with the skills and insights necessary to enhance their quality of life and foster resilience in overcoming challenges.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, active state-issued license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice mental health counseling independently; no limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine empathetic nature towards client concerns.
• Proficient computer literacy with a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions.
• A dependable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and approaches to effectively address client needs.
