As a remote-based LPC at Transformative Psychotherapy Center, you will engage with clients during flexible business hours. Our telehealth facility allows counselors to connect with clients via secure video conferencing, enabling a comfortable and confidential therapeutic space. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals while maintaining a structured work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
• Provide effective individual, couple, and family counseling services, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the patient's unique circumstances.
• Participate in collaborative sessions with healthcare providers and other professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation.
• Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mental health counseling through ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to team meetings and clinical consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and clinic efficacy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, encompassing individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their relational skills, and achieve their personal goals within a supportive therapeutic framework.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor in Tennessee, maintained in good standing.
• Strong understanding of different therapeutic modalities and their application in outpatient settings.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• The ability to function independently while also collaborating effectively within a professional team.

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting, enhancing your practical understanding of client dynamics and treatment methodologies.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, facilitating smooth remote treatment processes.
