Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect individual goals and preferences.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure, user-friendly virtual platforms, adapting techniques to suit each client's unique context.
• Guide clients in establishing and monitoring therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and counseling throughout their healing journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices, to best support clients’ needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care and effective management of cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a part of our network, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The flexibility of remote work allows you to engage clients from various locations, enabling access to care for underserved communities and those who may otherwise face barriers to seeking help.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a strong therapeutic relationship with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrate empathy and understanding, approaching each client's experiences with compassion and professionalism.
• Show proficiency in organizational skills, effectively managing therapy sessions and documentation remotely with efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on experience in delivering remote therapy sessions preferred.
• Familiarity with various telehealth platforms and documentation systems.
• Prior experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds is a significant plus.
