Revenue Operations ManagerThe Revenue Operations Manager leads billing and revenue operations to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue integrity, and efficient financial processes. This role oversees the end-to-end billing cycle, manages a remote team, and partners cross-functionally with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Client Services, and IT to support operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the monthly billing cycle, including invoice generation, approvals, and delivery.
- Lead and develop a remote team, including direct management of supervisors.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with month-end close requirements.
- Monitor revenue operations, billing accuracy, and account balances.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, customer escalations, and system issues.
- Support monthly close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain billing controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide reporting, analysis, and operational insights to leadership.
Qualifications- 3-7 years of leadership experience in revenue operations, billing operations, or financial operations.
- Experience managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, ERP platforms, CRM tools, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
