Radiant Life Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this full-time remote position, you will play a fundamental role in providing person-centered and holistic mental health care to a diverse clientele in Lowell, Massachusetts, and surrounding areas. As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Providing individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to each patient's unique requirements, employing evidence-based methodologies to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Completing thorough documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within prescribed deadlines to ensure seamless care continuity.
• Developing crisis plans and safety measures alongside patients, creating relapse prevention strategies, and devising wellness plans aimed at maintaining stable functioning during treatment.
• Creating discharge plans that summarize patients' progress and recommendations for ongoing support, facilitating smoother transitions in care.
• Staying informed and compliant with current federal and state mental health laws and regulatory requirements, as well as NEHS policies and procedures.
• Participating in team-based case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights that foster a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and obtaining all required licensure and mandatory training.

Your expertise will be directed towards supporting a diverse array of patient populations, including individuals and families experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related discipline resulting in licensure.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in outpatient mental health settings, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to enhance patient care.
