Role: Network Engineer

Holistic Industries is looking for a Network Engineer to help keep our business connected, secure, and running smoothly. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure while ensuring strong performance, reliability, and security across multiple locations.

Your Impact

  • Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organization
  • Monitor network performance, traffic, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages to minimize downtime
  • Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to help protect company systems and data
  • Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations to improve reliability and performance
  • Maintain clear network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols

Your Strengths

  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing, switching, and network security
  • Experience working with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 years
