Environmental Engineer General
Overview
Epitec is seeking an Environmental Engineer General to support Ford Motor Company's vehicle safety compliance and homologation efforts. This role will work closely with product development teams to identify global regulatory requirements, support compliance planning, and ensure vehicle programs meet key development and launch milestones. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with program management experience looking to grow within automotive compliance and regulatory engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Identify safety regulatory and homologation requirements for vehicle programs across global markets
  • Support compliance planning and execution throughout the vehicle development lifecycle
  • Develop and deliver vehicle safety and regulatory compliance plans
  • Participate in regulatory planning activities and milestone reviews
  • Track compliance documentation and homologation progress
  • Conduct risk assessments and communicate compliance status to program teams
  • Support vehicle launch activities, change management, and compliance demonstrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
  • 1+ year of program management experience (coursework accepted)
