Job description

Overview
The Supply Network Planning Sr Analyst will be responsible for building and managing the data foundation for the Global Network Design (GND) team. This role focuses on developing high-quality gold layer data tables in Databricks EDF for each network, enabling advanced network modeling and optimization initiatives. The Associate Manager will collaborate closely with the Data Engineering & AI (DE&AI) team and business SMEs to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage Data Requirements Documents (DRDs) for assigned markets, ensuring all necessary data is identified, mapped, and sourced.
  • Lead efforts to discover, assess, and validate data sources, performing data quality checks to ensure integrity and completeness.
  • Oversee the development of gold layer tables in Databricks EDF, partnering closely with DE&AI and GND teams.
  • Manage external vendors and small contracting teams to deliver high-quality, timely data solutions.
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new data tables, validating results across development and production environments.
  • Partner with business SMEs to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
  • Present findings, progress updates, and recommendations to business leaders and GND leadership.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 80,200 - $ 134,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain network design, data management, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Databricks, and data modeling.
  • Experience with supply chain processes and network modeling (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Oracle, Python, Coupa, Lyric, Data Guru, Knowledge Graph, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior business leaders.
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to data quality.
  • Experience with UAT processes and data validation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supply chain modeling software (e.g., Llamasoft, JDA, LogicNet).
  • Consulting experience or prior work in a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for supply chain optimization.
  • Experience with AI engineering and building AI-driven processes.
