We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Remote Recruiter to join our team and support hiring needs. In this role, you'll connect top talent with meaningful opportunities while partnering closely with our clients to provide exceptional results and effective on-site management for our workforce.

As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and strengthening our client partnerships through exceptional service.
  • Source, recruit, and staff candidates using job boards, databases, networking, social media, and passive sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and site tours.
  • Manage candidate check-ins, tours, start dates, orientations, and first day success processes.
  • Handle associate relations, including concerns, coaching, performance conversations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
  • Conduct regular employee check-ins and administer engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $65,000
