Summary -
The NetSuite Developer should be a highly motivated self-starter who likes working with and staying current with the latest technologies and takes ownership of both projects and day-to-day responsibilities. The NetSuite Developer will operate within the IT/Finance department, providing support, administration, and development for our NetSuite ERP system. This role is essential for ensuring that NetSuite functions smoothly and supports our business operations effectively through customized solutions and enhancements.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Support NetSuite implementation project efforts and be liaison with NetSuite Support and implementors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom saved searches, reports, workflows, advance HTML/PDF templates and SuiteScripts to enhance and extend NetSuite functionality.
  • Configure and optimize NetSuite SuiteBuilder components to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop, maintain and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business applications using SuiteTalk, SuiteSript, and integrations includes NetSuite connectors, Boomi and third-party integration (Freewheel Bridge, APIs etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to NetSuite customizations and integrations
  • Implement and manage workflows to ensure data integrity and optimize business processes
  • Maintain and create new customizations and reports, SQL functions, data feeds and configurations within NetSuite
  • Conduct end-user training, promote best practices and serve as subject matter expert on NetSuite
  • Analyze systems logs and implement improvements for exiting integrations and customization
  • Support testing new releases and update to NetSuite and effectively roll out new features working with implementor partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and create new customizations, workflows, functions and configurations within NetSuite
  • Act as a technical point of contact for all NetSuite issues, needs and support from the end user
  • Document technical solutions and maintain clear and concise documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Developer with hands-on development experience.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionality, including financials, CRM, inventory, and order management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven success and industry reputation in building partnerships across business and IT stakeholders to deliver positive results.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to customer service to various stakeholders.
  • General Data Management knowledge and experience with SQL or other coding languages.
