Entry Level Netsuite Analyst Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Position Summary    

SRS Acquiom is currently seeking a Data Imports Analyst who will be responsible for interpreting complicated payment and allocation spreadsheets, creating guidelines and manipulating data for import into the system of record (Netsuite) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.  The Imports Analyst role will support the accurate and timely setup and validation of shareholder and payment data for M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) transactions. This entrylevel role is responsible for interpreting clientprovided spreadsheets and import instructions, standardizing and validating data, and importing that data into NetSuite in accordance with established procedures.

The Acquiom Imports Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity by performing data imports and independent validation to confirm that all records created in NetSuite align with source documents and deal instructions.

Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. Pacific Time strongly preferred, Mountain time may be acceptable. We are unable to consider applicants in Central or Eastern time zones.

If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in office is expected. Beginning January 1, 2027, two days per week in office will be expected. 

If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year. 

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $72k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Interpret and audit closing allocation and payment spreadsheets, including shareholder, certificate, tax, and payment instruction data, to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to import
• Standardize and manipulate data using established import templates to create and update Customer data in NetSuite
• Execute independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents and import instructions to confirm accuracy of imported data before downstream processing
• Import and export CSV files using saved mappings in NetSuite, ensuring adherence to required formatting, field mapping, and validation controls
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, including name mismatches, missing holders, certificate differences, or payment variances, escalating issues to crossfunctional partners when required
• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Relationship Management, Tax, and other Operations teams to confirm data requirements and resolve questions related to import instructions or source files
• Refer to Operations manuals, templates, and guidelines to understand process changes and support business continuity
• Complete recurring daily and weekly operational tasks on a rotating basis
• Provide clear written and verbal updates to internal stakeholders regarding deal status, data issues, and completion milestones

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• At least One  year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or an analysttype role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation; experience working with structured templates preferred
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems (NetSuite or similar strongly preferred) and following detailed, documented procedures
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies across large datasets and multiple source documents
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical deadlines in a highvolume, transactiondriven environment
• Comfort working in crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams
• Knowledge of the M&A lifecycle or postclosing financial processes is a plus

Physical Requirements/Special Demands   

• Must be available to work standard business hours, with occasional nights or weekends as required by deal activity
• If Remote, travel may be necessary to the Denver office up to 3 times per year.
