ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE SCHEDULE:
In this full-time, hourly accounting role, you'll work the majority of your hours between our store's schedule of 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. During peak seasons or for special projects, you may be asked to flex your hours to help keep our fast-paced business running smoothly.
YOUR ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE:
You will start your day by processing customer payments and ensuring accurate accounts receivable records using NetSuite ERP. As calls and emails come in, you will provide prompt, friendly service to both internal and external customers, helping resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies. Throughout the day, you will contact customers with outstanding balances, assist with collections, and collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues. You will manage credit applications and customer account maintenance, generate reports, and keep administrative records up to date. Using your keen attention to detail, you will monitor dashboards and saved searches in NetSuite to proactively identify and address account issues. By the end of each day, you will have made a tangible difference in how smoothly our business operates and how satisfied our customers feel.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality

Experience in administrative, accounting, accounts receivable, banking, or customer service roles is preferred. Experience with ERP/accounting systems is also preferred.
