As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering Alfa Laval's advanced technologies and services to industrial wastewater clients across the U.S. You will build strong customer relationships,identifynew opportunities, and help drive growth in a missioncritical industry that supports a more sustainable future.You'llpartner closely with engineering, technical services, and business unit teams to deliver valuedriven solutions tailored to customer needs.

Market Focus

We are seeking sales professionals with experience or interest in one or more of the following key markets:

Dairy and Renewable Natural Gas (RNG)

Pharmaceutical and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

Location Preference

This is a remote role with 30-50% travel across the U.S.

Preference is given to candidateslocatednear their supported market or within a major airport hub:

Dairy & RNG:Midwest U.S. preferred

Pharma & EPC:East Coast U.S. preferred

As a part to the team, you will:

  • Identifyand pursue capital equipment and service sales opportunities.

  • Develop and manage a portfolio to achieve sales targets, including planning, executing, and closing business.

  • Engage key decisionmakers at industrial facilities and engineering firms to influence purchasing decisions.

  • Travel to customer sites to build relationships, assess needs, and present tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to deliver aligned technical and commercial solutions.

  • Use CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, andidentifyemerging technologies.

  • Follow established sales processes and tools to ensure consistent, highquality customer engagement.

What you know

You have aBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience), and:

  • At least 3 years of industrial sales experience, ideally in water or wastewater markets.

  • A solid understanding of municipal and industrial water treatment processes, especially separation technologies.

  • Experience in dairy, RNG, pharmaceutical, or EPC industries is highly beneficial.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiencywith CRM systems and a datadriven approach to sales.

  • Ability to travel 30-50% within the U.S.
