• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups through our telehealth platform.
• Administer comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, social, and mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to ensure client safety and well-being during session interactions.
• Assist clients in identifying and accessing community resources, social services, and support systems that foster their overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards in therapeutic practice.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, holistic care to clients.

As a Clinical Social Worker at Heal Space, you will support a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. This includes clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania, or eligibility for licensure in another relevant state.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology and systems such as secure video conferencing and electronic health records.
