• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment objectives.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy through evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients, continually revising them based on progress and feedback.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the therapy process.
• Engage in regular consultation and supervision to ensure adherence to ethical practices and enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the safety and trust of clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong sense of empathy.

• Experience working in various therapeutic modalities to support clients with a wide array of issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms to provide effective remote therapy sessions.
