Job description

This fast-growing hearing healthcare startup is seeking a motivated and experienced Audiologist to join their fully remote team in a revenue-driving consultative sales role. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded provider who enjoys patient interaction, relationship building, and helping individuals improve their quality of life through better hearing solutions.
The company has rapidly expanded and has built a strong reputation centered around patient care, innovation, and personalized service. The organization maintains a collaborative startup culture where every team member plays an important role in growth and success.
This position is heavily focused on sales, business development, and revenue generation while still utilizing your clinical knowledge to educate and guide patients through hearing treatment recommendations.
The ideal candidate is disciplined, confident, independent, and comfortable discussing hearing loss solutions in a consultative environment.
Position Highlights:
Patients will either provide a recent audiogram or complete an at-home hearing test. The Audiologist will then conduct remote consultations - primarily by phone, with some video appointments - to explain hearing loss, discuss lifestyle needs, recommend appropriate technology, and help guide patients through the purchasing process.
A separate remote clinical team handles programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting, allowing this role to stay focused on patient consultation and sales conversion.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary plus commission
  • Realistic earning potential of $100,000+ annually
  • Medical and dental benefits
  • 401(k) with employer match after one year
  • Fully remote position - live anywhere in the United States!

Schedule and Workflow:
  • Full-time remote opportunity
  • Approximately 5-6 scheduled consults per day
  • Additional outbound follow-up calls with existing clients
  • ASAP start available

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Licensed Audiologist (active state license required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable in a consultative sales environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Passionate about patient care and education
  • Experience discussing tinnitus and hearing healthcare solutions preferred

This is an excellent opportunity for an Audiologist seeking a non-traditional role with significant income potential, flexibility, and the ability to make a direct impact within a growing company.
