$11.50/hour - Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with customers to understand their scheduling needs and determine the best option.
  • Have excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to different types of customers and use positive language to represent yourself and the Company

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE:

•              Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door

•              Adequate space to set up the workstation

•              Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)

•              Three power connections

•              No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)

•              Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

•              Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment

•              Experience supporting brand products and services

•              Positive and professional demeanor

•              Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•              High school diploma required; college education preferred

•              Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting

•              Familiarity with supporting consumer products and/or services.

TRAINING:

•              Product Training

•              Systems Training

•              Live Remote Training

•              100% attendance required

Training is first shift (dayshift). The after-training schedule is second shift (afternoons and evenings). All schedules are Monday-Friday.
