We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Famehouse's specialized creative and eCommerce roles. This individual will act as a strategic talent partner to the business, delivering exceptional candidate experiences while hiring top-tier creative talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


How You'll CREATE:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for specialized creative, digital, and eCommerce roles across Famehouse (including but not limited to design, creative direction, UX/UI, product, marketing, and technical creative roles)

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and evolving skill requirements

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality creative talent

  • Proactively build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche creative roles

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation insights, and best hiring practices

  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring a high-touch, inclusive, and brand-aligned recruitment process

  • Collaborate with broader Talent Acquisition and HR partners across Universal Music Group

  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, progress, and risks; adjust strategies as needed to meet hiring goals

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies


Bring Your VIBE:
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on creative, digital, or eCommerce roles

  • Proven experience recruiting for specialized and niche creative skill sets

  • Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, creative platforms, and other innovative channels

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels

  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter)

  • Prior experience in eCommerce, digital agencies, entertainment, media, or consumer brands is strongly preferred
