Life Reconcile Counseling Services is actively seeking dedicated licensed mental health therapists to join our innovative outpatient psychiatric practice. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address a variety of psychological issues.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that therapy aligns with each client's unique circumstances.
• Facilitate enriching psychoeducational and support groups that allow clients to connect with one another while addressing common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community inherent to recovery.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, holistic patient care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, various treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to track patient progress and outcomes.
• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Our practice serves a wide range of clients across diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. • A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from varying backgrounds.
• Sound professional judgment and adherence to ethical guidelines and boundaries.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other necessary computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit, functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with diverse patient populations and familiarity with community resources.
• Previous involvement in group therapy facilitation and psychoeducational workshops.
• Interest and competence in utilizing teletherapy tools and techniques.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
